JOB DETAILS

A Member Service Director is attracted to Vowlá for the sole purpose to operate all fields. Customers and users will be communicated and nurtured through phone or in a virtual manner. The director will manage a team of customer service agents and will oversee the department of customer relations. They are expected to comply with the company policies and prove phenomenal customer service qualities. Any time a customer service skill or expectation is lacking, the Member Service Manager will arrange for all associates to undergo their training or boot camp experience. In cases situations need to be highly dealt, the member service director will problem-solve side-by-side with all Customer Service associates.

MEMBER SERVICE DIRECTOR EARNINGS

Pay Structure: Hourly

Minimum: 80 Hours (BiWeekly)

$16.00 an hour
